Cesar is a civil engineer focused on structural engineering with a foreign bachelor’s degree accredited by NCEES. Experienced in structural analysis, design, consulting and project management in California and Florida. With a background of 7 years successfully implementing BIM best practices and elevating digital design workflows and protocols during all phases of projects.

Outside the office, Cesar loves to travel, discover new places to enjoy a cold beer, connect with new people and learn about other cultures. He is currently pursuing the professional engineering license in the state of California.
