As a Senior Project Engineer, Yaotian is involved in the structural design, coordination, and construction administration of healthcare, commercial, and existing building projects. His experience includes structural analysis and design, interdisciplinary coordination, construction administration, and HCAI plan review responses.

With over 10 years of structural engineering experience, Yaotian has worked on a diverse range of new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and seismic rehabilitation projects utilizing wood, structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and cold-formed steel systems.

Outside of work, Yaotian enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, exploring Southern California with his family, trying new restaurants, and playing tabletop games.
