As an Associate, Mr. Hooks is responsible for client contact, establishment of fees and schedules, supervision of engineering and drafting personnel, project design and production, overall project coordination, and construction administration. Mr. Hooks has five years of experience as an engineer.
With 5 years under his belt, Mr. Hooks has been immersed in new construction, renovations, and retrofits. He has experience with a wide variety of project types and uses, including: commercial, retail, building facades, healthcare, hospitality, site improvements, and residential. Mr. Hooks has also found himself to be our in-house expert on Tsunami Resilience Design, adopting the obvious nickname of ‘Stewnami’.
Outside the office, Stew can be found spending most of his time with his wife and investing in his local community. Any open weekends are spent chasing waves, fish, or wild game. Stew prides himself on hunting with the archaic weaponry of speargun and bow.
