Roger has a total of thirty-eight years of experience as a structural engineer and has a wide base of experience and knowledge. He is known for his creative solutions, innovative designs and out-of-the-box thinking. He has designed many essential facilities and projects that require sophisticated structural engineering analysis and design and considerable client/user coordination and communications. He has been actively involved in the application of seismic base isolation to practical building designs including passive energy dissipation systems. He has also published technical papers on seismic base isolation in a number of engineering journals.
Out of the office you will find Roger hiking the scenic hillsides of Trabuco Canyon, on the golf course or being the neighborhood grill-master.
